Jacob Lesué, PE, CFM , a Professional Engineer licensed in Texas and a Nationally Certified Floodplain Manager, is a Hydraulics/Hydrology Project Manager for O'Brien Engineering, Inc.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, both with a specialization in Water Resources and both from Brigham Young University. 

Mr. Lesue's hydraulic and hydrologic project experience includes: FEMA Map Modernization on McLennan, Bell, and Bosque Counties in Texas and Santa Cruz County in Arizona; International Ditch Design in Douglas, Arizona for the U.S. Border Patrol; master drainage studies for various cities and counties; as well as numerous culvert designs, flood studies, and floodplain reclamation studies; and, dam safety evaluations.
